1. Our Services

Three Mile Shipping Depot, located at 98 Sunrise Road, Bonners Ferry, Idaho 83805, offers shipping and receiving services. You can:

• Ship packages from our office.
• Have packages sent to us for pickup.
• We serve customers in Idaho, Montana, British Columbia, and Alberta, operating Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (4:30 PM in winter) and Saturday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

2. Account Creation

To use our receiving services, you must create an account with accurate contact details (name, email, phone, etc.) via our website. This allows us to match deliveries to your profile and notify you upon arrival. You're responsible for keeping your account info current.

3. Shipping to Us

To have packages held for pickup:

• We're not liable for delays, losses, or damages during transit—those fall under the carrier's responsibility.

4. Pickup and Storage

• Pickup: You can retrieve your items during business hours. Bring ID matching your account name.
• Storage: We'll hold items securely for up to 8 months from arrival. After 8 months with no communication, we'll consider items abandoned and may dispose of or donate them at our discretion, without liability.
• Notification: We'll attempt to notify you via the contact info provided, but it's your job to arrange pickup.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Receiving: No charge to receive; fees apply at pickup based on service use.
• Receiving Rates: Flat fees by package type and weight bracket, due at pickup. Current rates:
  • Light Weight:
    • Envelope or Letter: $1 per item.
    • Soft Package: $3 per item.
  • Mid Weight:
    • Package, 1–10 lbs.: $5 per item.
    • Package, 10–20 lbs.: $6 per item.
    • Package, 20–30 lbs.: $7 per item.
    • Package, 30–40 lbs.: $8 per item.
    • Package, 40–50 lbs.: $9 per item.
    • Package, 50–100 lbs.: $15 per item.
    • Package, 100–150 lbs.: $25 per item.
    • Package, 150 lbs or Heavier: $35 per item.
  • Heavy Weight:
    • Pallet: $35 per item.
    • Vehicle: $50 per item.

  Weight is based on the label or actual weight, whichever is greater. Packages at a weight boundary are charged at the higher tier. See our Prices page for the authoritative rate table.

• COD Shipments: Minimum $20 or 10% of COD amount (whichever is greater), pre-arranged with us.
• Payment: Due at pickup or shipment, in cash, credit, or approved methods. Unpaid items may be held until settled. Prices may change; check our site for updates.

6. COD Shipments

Cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments require prior arrangement with us. A fee of at least $20 or 10% of the COD amount applies, payable at pickup. We're not responsible for COD disputes between you and senders.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate info for shipping and account setup.
• Arrange timely pickup within 8 months.
• Cover all fees at time of service.
• Ensure packages comply with U.S. and Canadian laws (e.g., no prohibited items).

8. Our Limitations

• We're not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, border issues).
• Services are "as-is"—we don't guarantee outcomes beyond our stated offerings.

9. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse our services. You can close your account anytime by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms
