We'll securely hold your packages for up to 8 months at no extra charge. That gives you plenty of time to pick up, whether you're a local or driving down from Canada. Just let us know if you need an extension!

Yes! Use your carrier's tracking (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to monitor your package until it reaches us. Once it arrives at 98 Sunrise Road, we'll send you an email notification so you know it's ready for pickup.

Yes, COD shipments have a minimum charge of $20 or 10 percent of the COD amount, whichever is greater, and must be arranged with Three Mile Shipping Depot in advance.
